Policies
-
By You: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule sessions yourself online.
By Us: If a class is cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, affected clients will receive a full credit for the cancelled session.
-
To minimize disruption to the class, clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins. Late arrivals will not receive catch-up instruction for missed time.
-
Failure to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows forfeit the session and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or make-up session.
-
Dogs that are in heat or showing signs of contagious illness are not permitted to attend class. If your dog is affected, you may reschedule within the standard 24-hour cancellation window; however, to receive credit and reschedule, proof from a veterinarian confirming the condition is required.
-
Dogs must not display aggressive behaviour toward other dogs or humans during class. If a dog shows signs of aggression, they will be removed from the class and either redirected to a more suitable service (such as 1-on-1 behaviour consultations) or issued a pro-rated refund for remaining sessions.
-
Violent or offensive behaviour by any participant will result in immediate removal from the class.
